Who we are

Not A Video is a studio of Male B Solutions, Belgium (VAT BE0727753881). Questions about your data go to jotte@male-b.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the request box: the description of the video you want, your name, your company and your email address. If you add a reference file, we only see its file name; the file itself is not uploaded.

Why

To answer your request with a price and, if you order, to make and deliver the video. The legal basis is the step you asked us to take before a possible contract (GDPR article 6(1)(b)).

Who else handles it

The site runs on Vercel. Your request reaches us as an email sent through Resend. Fonts load from Adobe Fonts and Google Fonts and scripts from jsDelivr and unpkg; those services see your IP address when your browser fetches the files.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to answer your request. If you order, as long as Belgian accounting law requires us to keep the order.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we have about you, or object to its use: mail jotte@male-b.com. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, dataprotectionauthority.be.
